Jason Franckowiak
Jason Franckowiak joined the firm in 1999 following his graduation from law school. His practice includes the defense of general liability and medical malpractice matters. Mr. Franckowiak has tried multiple cases to verdict.
Mr. Franckowiak in addition to being a skilled trial lawyer has an extensive appellate practice, and has authored and co-authored the briefs in many successful appeals. Many of the appellate cases Mr. Franckowiak has been involved in have developed the judicial precedent in the state of Wisconsin through published appellate decisions.
