Neal Krokosky


Neal Krokosky joined Otjen, Van Ert & Weir, S.C., in 2009 as a litigation associate. His primary focus is the defense of medical malpractice, insurance and product liability cases. In each of these areas Mr. Krokosky specializes in all areas of pretrial discovery, including briefing and arguing of discovery motions.

In addition to Mr. Krokosky’s legal work as a litigation associate, he is a valued contributor to statewide publications. In 2010 he has authored the following articles:
